Today a post about the exhibition from Filippa K in Stockholm. They presented the new fall winter collection for 2016. Sabine and I went there last Wednesday 3th of February. The name of this collection is: Seeking Patters. A collaborative presentation by Julia Hetta and Åsa Stenerhag.
The location for this exhibition was Floragatan 13. They stands to host the Seeking Patterns collection. Which was really beautiful. The room was filled with art and of course the collection of womens- and menswear from Filippa K. I love it when fashion and art comes together.
Julia Hetta was the photographer of this collection and Åsa Stenerhag, was previously a part of Filppa K’s design team. Together these works – the collection, the photography. the paintings and the architecture – form Seeking Patterns. A creative collab where shapes, colors, materials occur and recur.
What kind of colors can you expect for womenswear for next fall winter is: orange, dark red, brown and nude colors. For menswear of course a lot of black but also dark blue. But also some nude colors. Don’t forget you’ll see and should wear bomber jackets and some turtle necks.
I loved the collection. Unfortunately we didn’t get our hands on some tickets for Stockholm Fashion Week, but this was also very cool.
Enjoy the pictures below and don’t forget to check out the video.
